We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with our Vermont Maple Syrup. We feel that the quality of our Vermont Maple Syrup is top notch. It is made the old-fashioned way over a wood-fired evaporation pan. It is known that the temperature changes which occur during this process contribute to the strength of the maple flavor. We have been producing pure Vermont Maple Syrup for over 50 years from our own maple orchard. We do not buy any maple syrup from other producers.
Return and Refund Policy
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our Vermont Maple Syrup, please contact us immediately by phone at 802-387-5757 to request a replacement or a refund. We stand behind all of our maple syrup products and want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your order. If your product arrived damaged, please file a claim with US Post Office within 5 business days of receiving your syrup and send us the claim number.
